BIPOC 2.0:
BTB Bridge Builders
Be the Bridge exists to empower people and culture toward racial healing, racial equity, and racial reconciliation. While our understanding and vision of equity and reconciliation may vary, what is desperately clear is the need for healing, especially in communities of color that have had to bear the brunt of racialized violence, for centuries.
What are some next steps for health and growth for Black, Indigenous, People of Color as we navigate the increasing racialized tensions in the Western World—America and beyond? Those are some of the principles we will cover in this six week course together.
BIPOC 2.0 is designed with you in mind!
This course is the second step in our BIPOC transformational pathway at Be the Bridge. This course is designed to build on what was learned in BIPOC 1.0 and challenge us to think about cross-cultural empowerment and partnership. You will learn how to put the ideas presented to you into action and build your own personal development plan to grow in cross-cultural communication and community. Each week you will receive an activity to complete before our time together. These range from writing out a spiritual biography to self-care routines, etc. We know these can be difficult conversations to have, but we also recognize healing comes from having healthy conversations with healthy people in healthy ways, and it is our goal to create a brave and safe space to navigate these things together.
